The PAC-BARRIER™ is a Canadian product manufactured in Edmonton, Alberta by BRT Systems Inc. It is a freestanding, portable, temporary barrier system with a retractable banner that can be easily set up by one person. It can be used for both outdoor and indoor applications.
The PAC-BARRIER™ was designed to direct the flow of pedestrians and vehicles away from an incident or restricted area thereby assisting emergency response agencies such as police, fire and ambulance/medical services. In addition, it has similar health and safety applications within an industrial workplace setting.
Police, Fire, EMS personnel and Retail Consultants have provided valuable input for the development of the PAC-BARRIER™. The retail industry has also recognized its promotional and advertising application for special events, tradeshows and fund raising campaigns.
